Peanut Butter Blossoms

Ingredients
  

  • 1- ¾ cup flour
  • 1 t baking soda and pinch of salt
  • ½ cup packed brown sugar
  • ½ cup butter
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 t vanilla

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven 350°.
  • Mix on low speed until dough forms. Shape into balls (1 teaspoon each). Roll in sugar. Bake 12 minutes and immediately top with a candy kiss pressing down firmly so cookie cracks around edge.
