Peanut Butter Blossoms
Ingredients
- 1- ¾ cup flour
- 1 t baking soda and pinch of salt
- ½ cup packed brown sugar
- ½ cup butter
- ½ cup peanut butter
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 t vanilla
Instructions
- Preheat oven 350°.
- Mix on low speed until dough forms. Shape into balls (1 teaspoon each). Roll in sugar. Bake 12 minutes and immediately top with a candy kiss pressing down firmly so cookie cracks around edge.
