Sweet Cream Base
Ingredients
- 2 large eggs
- ¾ C sugar
- 2 C heavy cream or 2 C whipping cream
- 1 C milk
Instructions
- Whisk eggs for 1 to 2 minutes, until fluffy and light.
- Gradually whisk in sugar, then continue until fully blended, about a minute more.
- Mix in cream and milk and whisk to blend.
