Banana Sizzles
Ingredients
- 3 T butter softened
- 2 T dark rum
- 1 T orange juice
- 4 T muscovado sugar
- pinch of ground cinnamon
- 4 bananas
Instructions
- Beat the butter with the rum, orange juice, sugar, and cinnamon until smooth.
- Place the bananas (in the peal) on a hot grill and cook. Turning frequently for 6-8 minutes until the skins are blacked.
- Remove from grill. Cut partially thought the banana lengthwise . Divide the butter between the bananas and serve. Really good with some vanilla ice cream
