Bettina's Mushroom Sauce
Ingredients
- Onion
- Mushrooms
- ¾ C Cream
- ¼ C Milk
- 1 T Bouillon
- 3 cloves Garlic
- Olive Oil
- Basil
- Oregano
- Parsley
- Salt and Pepper
Instructions
- Saute the finely chopped onion in olive oil. Add sliced mushrooms. Cook for a few minutes covered until the mushrooms are reduced. Add bouillon paste and mix. Add milk and cream. Let simmer for a few minutes. Add 3 cloves of garlic, parsley, basil, and oregano to taste. Season with salt and pepper at the table.
- Serve over pasta.
