Bettina's Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • Onion
  • Mushrooms
  • ¾ C Cream
  • ¼ C Milk
  • 1 T Bouillon
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • Olive Oil
  • Basil
  • Oregano
  • Parsley
  • Salt and Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Saute the finely chopped onion in olive oil. Add sliced mushrooms. Cook for a few minutes covered until the mushrooms are reduced. Add bouillon paste and mix. Add milk and cream. Let simmer for a few minutes. Add 3 cloves of garlic, parsley, basil, and oregano to taste. Season with salt and pepper at the table.
  • Serve over pasta.
