Firecracker Broccoli
Ingredients
- 1 T olive oil
- 8 ounces Broccoli
- ΒΌ C vegetable stock
- 1 T Sweet and Hot Garlic Sauce see recipe under "Cooking Sauces"
Instructions
- In a skillet with a tight-fitting lid, heat the oil over medium-hot heat. Warm the oil for about 1 minute. Add the broccoli and toss until bright green, about 1 minute. Add the vegetable stock, cover and reduce heat to medium. Cook until tender but still crisp - 1-2 minutes.
- Add the Sweet and Hot Garlic Sauce to taste.
