Meat Lasagna

Ingredients
  

  • ¼ C minced onion
  • minced garlic
  • 6 oz. can tomato paste
  • 2-½ large can of Italian tomatoes
  • salsa
  • ½ lb. mushrooms
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 box lasagna noodles
  • 1 lb. mozzarella thinly sliced
  • 1 lb. ricotta mixed with 1 egg
  • ½ C Parmesan
  • salt pepper, basil, oregano

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350.°
  • Cook garlic, zucchini, and onion until brown, drain. Add tomato paste, tomatoes, salsa, and spices. Cook on low until thick. Add mushrooms. Layer in greased 9x13 pan. Later noodles, tomatoes, mozzarella, Parmesan, ricotta, repeat ending with Parmesan. Bake for 40 minutes.
