Ingredients
- 1 bunch Spinach
- 1 lb Firm Tofu
- 1-½ t Sugar
- ⅛ C Soy Milk
- ½ t Garlic Powder
- 1 T Lemon Juice
- Basil
Instructions
- Cook the spinach and squeeze dry as possible. Set aside.
- Place the tofu, sugar, soy milk, garlic powder, lemon juice, and basil in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth. Stir in the spinach and blend again.
