M&M Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 C shortening
- 1 C brown sugar
- ½ C granulated sugar
- 2 t vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 2-¼ C sifted flour
- 1 t baking soda
- 1 t salt
- 1-½ C M&M
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°.
- Blend shortening and sugars. Beat in vanilla and eggs. Sift remaining dry ingredients together, add to sugar and egg mixture. Mix well. Stir in ½ C of candies. Reserve remaining candies for decorating. Drop from teaspoon on ungreased cookie sheet. Decorate with remaining candies. Bake at 375° for 10-12 minutes (8 minutes on convection) until golden brown.
